Camden Hills

Camden Hills State Park and the smaller surrounding conservancies are the home trails for our whole crew. With beautiful vistas over lake and ocean, stretches of soft piney trail, and plenty of technical terrain to traverse, it’s trail runner paradise. Camden Hills is home of the infamous Megunticook 50K.

You’ll stay in a beautiful home on the ocean with hot tub and plenty of space to relax. Yoga and/or strength classes will be offered daily to compliment your running.

We will have trail running options everyday with milage to suit your training preferences. Contact Ramona about a training plan if you want to build your mileage in preparation for this trip.

Our professional chef will serve delicious and wholesome breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We’ll also have plenty of homemade snacks for on and off the trail.

Proof of vaccination is required prior to arrival. Testing prior to arrival may also be a requirement depending on case numbers this spring.

On this all women trip the maximum number of participants is 12. On the first and last day we will do short 3-4 mile runs. The next two days the runs will be 6-8 miles. On the last day we will do a longer 12-15 mile run. Sometimes the route or the mileage we have planned for the day won’t work for you. When this happens I will happily advise on an alternative.
