Ramona have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. It wasn't until 2012, when she found myself a stay at home mother with 2 small children, that she realized her passion for teaching yoga. Frustrated that she couldn't find a yoga class that offered childcare, she created one. Starting in the basement of a church she began teaching classes to girlfriends while everyone’s children played in the next room. From the first class that she taught she knew that sharing the gifts of yoga was what she was meant to be doing.
In the winter of 2015 she did her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with one of her favorite teachers, Sherry Sidoti. From Sherry Ramona learned that sharing yoga is a lot more than teaching postures, breathing and meditation. It's about creating a safe space for people to get curious about the connection between their mind and their body. She also learned the importance of having a truly dedicated self practice. Everyday digging a little bit deeper to find your true self and bringing that true self into all your teachings.
For the last 8 years she has been offering a variety of yoga teachings in midcoast community.
Since falling deeply in love with trail running she has found ways to use yoga and strength training to become a better and safer runner. Striving for longevity in her running practice.
She believes in bringing yoga into everything she does, everyday.

Traditional yoga postures interwoven with functional movements for strengthening and toning. A moving meditation with breath work, balancing postures, deep core work and cardio. This is a fun and energizing practice with soundtrack to match.

A yummy slow flow class with lots of long holds in restorative poses. Great class to reboot and recharge.

A more traditional Vinyasa style class. Starting with breath work and grounding. Slowing warming into movement. A strong focus on the connection with breath and movement. Playing with the balance of movement and stillness, effort and ease each class.
